She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
