History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Charles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Charles. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Roland learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born in a small forest village. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
