Anselm Ainsworth, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Frederick Hackney, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: 5'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Frederick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Frederick has worked very hard to control his curse. During his travels, Frederick and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Frederick discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Frederick fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
Ideals: Joker. Flaws: Disease. Bonds: Attractive, Adventurer, Mentor. Occupation: Ploughman
