Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he is typically in his Locksmith uniform. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born to a Bather, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Locksmith job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second son.

She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Aline and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
