History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thomas grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now owns his own business.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He dresses well, wearing yellow shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Alex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Her red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now mingles about in high society.
