History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. He sports a flattop hair cut. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Roland is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Roland abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
