Description: An older woman who dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head, she is not a threatening figure. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Ermina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and wants to raise her children well
