History: He was born in the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Don learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Mayor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
