Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. He has moderate length brown hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Charles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Charles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
