History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Maynild lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
