History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Emma was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Miner. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
