Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ermina will drive conversation. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. A true patriot, Roland would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small brown clips. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Williamina grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.
