History: She was born in the west. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Egelina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Trym was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Trym's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and wants to work out more often
