Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
