Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the south to a Marshal, Emmeline learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
