He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Simon speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Simon has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Clerebold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Clerebold never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
