Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.
