History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. During her travels, Elysande and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Elysande discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Elysande fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Melissa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Melissa was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
