His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Percival is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
