History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Hugolina took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
