When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: He wears a grey vest and prefers violet and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He carries with him a set of bastard swords on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: Bertram is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Rosamund was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Rosamund was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rosamund's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. Hugh was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hugh decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
