Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the north to a Shepherd, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has achieved small success as a Shepherd.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
