History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thomas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thomas. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
