History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Architect.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Cecily alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Cecily was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
