Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she is typically in her Bowyer uniform. She keeps her long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. After coming to the age of reason, Juliana took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
