History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kody took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fisher. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fisher for the past few years.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aline embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Aline was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Aline and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
