Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears dull blue sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed trident, just in case. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her childhood dream was to be a Carpenter, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to reunite with her absent father

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new priest responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He usually wears his yellow robe and has his club always slung over his shoulder, and carries clubs. He has moderate length blonde hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Norman was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Norman took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
