History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and sabotage a competitor
