History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his top black hat.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
