Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Anthony was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
