Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his father's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Everard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears tattered old clothes, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She has styled her red hair well, parting it to the left. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Agatha was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Agatha's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
