Description: This dark-skinned male wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heward does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Gifted from a young age, Heward studied abroad. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: This late middle aged man prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts and is in decent physical shape. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Blacksmith for the past few years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She has a hunchback. She has moderate length auburn hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Sarah took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor she uses now. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To end her boredom; and human compassion
