Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She is an epitome of beauty. Her golden hair is knotted and matted. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Margery's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gerald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Baker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Helen was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with her Spy father left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is wracked by social anxiety
