History: Nicholas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a Hunter, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and regain custody of his daughter

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and revenge

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is wearing a long, red cloak. Her chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Alice is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she's looking for her big break
