When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barkeep for hire.
