Description: An older man who is wearing a long, white cloak, he is not a threatening figure. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Diggory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Oriel was born the youngest of three triplets. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He takes great joy in being the best Mercenary in town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Hubert hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Hubert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
