History: Ermina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She tends to her Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and balancing her hectic life and new courier responsibilities is difficult
