She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Server arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Joan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ploughman.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Griselda and her spouse have recently divorced.
