History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has chestnut hair. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Gunter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with his god.

History: Gunter was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he wants revenge against drow

Description: This man prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering her clean studded leather. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Body Guard. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new body guard responsibilities is difficult
