The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in the east to a Armorer, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
