History: Heather was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with her Bather father left her crippled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and balancing her hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Hubert was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

His hair is short and red. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Doctor for the past few years.
