History: Galiena was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has worked as a Mayor like her father before her.
