History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She tends to her Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

She conceals her hammer with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her hair is silver and curly. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Juliana is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Juliana was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Juliana's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual.
