History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Millicent never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
