History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Matilda embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has never given up on his music dream.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
