History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Dean was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
