He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rolf was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rolf's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
