Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the east to a Sage, Don learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
