History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by her family
