History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Juliana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Juliana. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Heartbroken, Justin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
